Summary of the Sermon: “Possessing All Things"

NOTE: French and Spanish summaries available here: https://rwf.life/sermon-summaries-1

Brother Oso brings a message of encouragement to the church, reminding believers of their spiritual inheritance in Christ and the importance of being filled with the Holy Ghost. Drawing from Gen 14:18–19 and 2 Cor 6:7–10, he explains that although Christians may appear to have little in this world, they are rich in the promises of God and are heirs of His blessings. The central theme is not earthly wealth or material possessions, but the spiritual authority, victory, peace, joy, and eternal life that belong to God's children. Brother Oso emphasizes that the Holy Ghost is essential to possessing these promises and living the life God has called His people to live.

Brother Oso explains that knowing the Message intellectually is not enough; believers must allow the Holy Ghost to lead and guide them. The Bible says that the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life (2 Corinthians 3:6). Using Brother Branham's sermon The Guide, Brother Oso compares the Holy Ghost to a qualified guide who knows the way, understands the dangers, and keeps those under his care from becoming lost. Just as a traveler should not rely on his own knowledge in unfamiliar territory, Christians must not depend solely on education, professional experience, or personal understanding. The Holy Ghost reveals the Word, directs the believer's steps, and brings the Message to life within the heart. This is why every believer, parent, and minister needs the baptism of the Holy Ghost.

Brother Oso further explains that the indwelling Holy Ghost is God living in the believer, giving spiritual strength and enabling a life that reflects Christ. Referring to Brother Branham's sermons The Deity of Jesus Christ and Faith Is the Victory, he stresses that the believer's inheritance comes through God's grace, not through personal merit. Those who possess the Holy Ghost should demonstrate humility, meekness, righteousness, and love, turning away from envy, hatred, strife, and ungodliness. Their lives should testify to the reality of Christ within them. Even when believers face hardship, financial struggles, sickness, family concerns, or rejection from the world, they can remain confident in God's promises. Brother Oso encourages the church to stand on the authority of the Word, resist Satan, and claim what God has promised, including the restoration of loved ones. He also reminds the congregation to respect and follow their pastor as he remains faithful to the Word.

In conclusion, Brother Oso calls the church to recognize its inheritance in Christ and to live in the reality of that spiritual possession. Believers are heirs of divine healing, joy, peace, victory, the Holy Spirit, and eternal life. Yet these promises must be accompanied by a surrendered life that reflects God's character. During the closing prayer, the congregation is encouraged to rededicate itself to God, surrender doubts, habits, personal struggles, homes, work, and every area of life, and ask the Lord to occupy the heart more completely. The challenge is to move beyond merely knowing the Message and allow the Holy Ghost to transform daily living. As believers yield themselves to God, they can walk in faith, righteousness, and spiritual liberty, confidently possessing all that He has promised.
